1. Who we are
This event is organised by Quantum Corporate S.L., registered in Spain (Andalucía Lab, Ctra. Nacional 340, Km 189,6, Marbella, 29604 – Málaga). We are responsible for handling your personal data in connection with the Digital Revenue Summit in Lisbon.

2. What data we collect
When you register or participate in the event, we may collect:
• Identification details (first name, last name, job title, company, email).
• Travel details (check-in/check-out dates, passport information if you opt for hotel pre-check-in).
• Contact details (phone number in case of emergency).
• Accessibility and dietary requirements.
• Preferences shared via the event chat or conversations.
• Photos and videos taken during the event.
• Participation data within the event app (gamification, interaction, surveys).
3. Why we process your data (legal basis)
We process your data only for purposes directly related to this event:
• Contractual necessity: to register you, confirm attendance, manage logistics, and ensure smooth participation.
• Legitimate interest: to handle safety and emergencies, adapt services to dietary/accessibility needs, and share essential updates.
• Consent (already covered via waiver): for use of photos and videos by Quadient. Quantum Corporate itself does not use these materials beyond transfer to Quadient.
We do not use your data for unrelated marketing, advertising, or newsletter campaigns.
4. Who we share your data with
We only share your information with providers strictly necessary for delivering the event:
• The main venue hotel (Epic Sana Marquês) for room bookings and pre-check-in.
• Catering partners (allergies and dietary requirements).
• Transportation providers (when required for transfers).
• Quadient’s internal organizing team (to ensure overall event management).
• Event app provider (EU-based, for gamification and interaction).
Note: Some Quadient staff may be located outside the EU (e.g. United States). In such cases, appropriate safeguards will apply to protect your information.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data for up to 12 months after the event. This allows us to complete reporting and handle any follow-up questions. After this period, data is securely deleted unless longer retention is required by law.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
• Access, correct, or delete your data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent (when processing is based on consent).
• Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

7. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures to protect your data and only share it with trusted providers who are contractually bound to comply with GDPR.
