At Quadient, inclusion isn’t just a “nice-to-have”, it’s how we create a culture where everyone feels a greater sense of belonging.
Known as Empowered Communities (EC) and Empowered Groups (EG), these groups are employee-led networks open to all employees providing spaces to share similar – or different – lived experiences, interests, and learnings. Each of our groups are supported by passionate volunteers and a senior Executive Sponsor. Whether you identify with a community, want to grow your network or simply curious to learn more, joining is easy.
